In this step, I do login process until open the needed page to be customized (the forms page). It means that by doing this steps, I ready to start the Email Marketing Subscribing process personalizing. Here how to be ready:

  • Login to MailChimp by using the free account
  • Click “lists” in above

  • Click “forms” in the list form

  • Now, it is in the list forms page now
  • Go to “forms & response emails” in above left
  • Click the drop-down menu

Step #2. Confirmation “Thank You” Page Customization

In this step, I customize the Confirmation “Thank You” page by changing the text, putting the subscriber name, and adding the link to this blogging tips blog. I add the subscriber name so subscriber feel I talk to them personally. I add the blog link so the subscriber aware that they subscribe to Blogging Tips Blog newsletter. Here how I do it:

  • Choose The “Confirmation “Thank You” Page” from the drop-down menu
  • Put the subscriber name, change the words, and blogging tips blog link in it

Step #3. Final “Welcome” Email Customization

In this step, I customize the Final “Welcome” Email by adding the subscriber name, changing the text, adding blogging tips blog link, and adding some of blog articles link. It is obvious that the subscriber name adding is for personal touch and the blogging tips blog link for awareness. The article links adding is for marketing purpose. Here, how I do it:

  • Choose the “Final “Welcome” Email” from the drop-down menu
  • Put the subscriber name, Change the welcome words, put blogging tips blog link, and link to some of blog posts.

Step #4. Unsubscribe Success Page Customization

In this step, I customize the Unsubscribe Success Page by changing the words and adding the blogging tips blog link. I add the blogging tips blog link so the unsubscriber know that they are unsubscribing from Blogging Tips Blog newsletter. Here how to do it:

  • Choose “Unsubscribe Success Page” from drop-down menu
  • Change the words and Put the Blogging Tips Blog link

Final Words

Personal touch is always important in blogging. In my opinion, the personal touch which make the blogging is different from any kind of websites in the internet. As part of blogging, Email Marketing process should also inherit the personal touch need from blogging.
