Oooo now there’s a plugin for favicon..
Just know.. Before this I use manual and must add some code..
But now, I don’t bother about it.. It doesn’t effect my blog achievement..

i still dont have favicon for my website.I dont think it is good idea to use plugin for every thing in wordpress.Better option will be go to theme and replace theme favicon with ur own.

I just uploaded my favicon.ico file to the root of my web server and then it automatically got added as the “favicon” in my browsers etc. No need to modify code etc. I guess browsers automatically check in that spot for a favicon.

I really like your favicon.. I didn’t even think of just resizing an already created image to make a favicon.. That’s an amazing idea! It looks great.

I also didn’t know there was a plugin for that. That is so much easier to do than edit code

Thanks Dana, never realize that there is a plugin for Favicon before. Usually I use FavIcon From Pics (http://www.html-kit.com/favicon/). BTW thanks again Dana.

I recommend, if your favicon isn’t exactly square (like mine which is a camera-shape) to make the background transparent. Then regardless of web browser, the favicon has the color of the browser bar blended in around it.
