I’m getting around 7 votes for my submit. When I joined BlogEngage I was totally bewildered, voted as crazy for everything. Very hard, I got two mutual friends there. Now I have started to see the articles from the authors whose articles I’ve already read and started to recognize some bloggers from this world.

But I still did not know the threshold votes. I need to work bit harder. Now, I’m giving votes to every posts that deserves.

Hey, Dana! The vote up is much appreciated!

It’s true that this is a biased vote, but voting on what you LIKE is also a biased vote, too.

If you hang out at BE, you know that I vote a lot. I don’t vote for stuff I think is trash, but my philosophy is to vote up anything I see that I think adds value to the internet. It may not be in my area of interest or expertise, but if it’s good info, I try to give encouragement with a vote.

I’m not suggesting that everyone else should do the same. But I think it’s a valid approach.
