As already confirmed, Google Page Rank is finally updated in April 3rd , 2010. There is many disputing stories in this recent Google Page Rank update. There are many Page Rank changing that unpredictable – a great blog with ton of quality back-link have stagnant page rank and in contrary, a new fresh blog able to get page rank 4 in their first Google Page Rank update. This blogging tips blog also face the disputing situation since I think this blog can gain page rank 4 at least with all the hard work in link building that I already did – but this blog only gain page rank 3 from recent Google Page Rank update.
But – Let’s leave all disputing situation of recent Google Page Rank update. It is obviously Google can do what ever they want regarding the Google Page Rank – that’s their right indeed. Therefore what the best for us as blogger is that try to not disturbed by this situation. We better learn something from this recent Google Page Rank update – that’s what I am trying to do here. As compensate of little disappointment in page rank gaining of this blog, I find that many internal page of this blog gain page rank – it even up to page rank 3. what accomplishment! It seems that Google Page Rank update may focus to internal page this time. I say that because lot of internal page which get page rank this time.
Of course that is only my opinion since we will never know what exactly Google thinking is. What we can do as blogger is that try to do the best for our blog without worry Google thinking. And the best is that we always try to learn what ever the situation is. And from recent Google Page Rank update, I learn one thing – confirmed exactly. It is confirmed that linking to external web site is never hurt your blog. It is confirmed by page rank of Five Software that Must be Installed for New Laptop. The article gain Google page rank 2 in this recent update. As you see, the article have four external link that link to software site and it yet still able to gain page rank 2.
It is surely confirmed one of my thoughts in October 2009 Google Page Rank update. Back then, I said that you can freely link to good site as much as you needs without need to worry about Google penalize. And I can say that it is yet confirmed in this recent Google Page Rank update. Therefore You can link out to good site as much as you needs without afraid. Some link out to good site is always good for your article since it may become great information for your readers. The first thing we should care as bloggers is our readers, right?

Yes Dana thats right, most of blog that provide dofollow comment increase their PR. So that means we can understand that outgoing link do not hurt on our PR.
I never will understand PR and what Google looks for but it sure is fun to speculate on what works and what don’t. I have always used the in-text method of linking to external pages and so far it hasn’t affected my PR.

I think the best method is to link to relevant external pages from the text inside the post. I use this technique as well as adding interesting resources at the bottom of the post.

Google is in fact trying to filter out the FAKE and reward GENUINE. Anybody who is concerned just to collect links back to his blog and miser to refer others, its very obvious that “he is just playing games, not doing any real work”

Link out never hurt. Yes but external link must be relevant to the content and niche you are following. I mean related link out. However, Google still penalize paid reviews and many of you lost PR for non-related external links. I heard that you had another blog that has just been dropped for massive paid reviews. Am I correct? That is evidence! I have bad experience about this even lost PR forever
